Vinyasa yoga

Vinyasa yoga is a style of yoga which combines movement and breathing. Through a dynamic, synchronized sequence of movements and controlled breathing, we reach the point of concentration which allows us complete balance.

Asana sequences are beneficial for stamina and deep relaxation, therefore, this style of yoga is often referred to as a meditation in motion.

One of the best-known Vinyasa sequences is the Sun Salutation or Surya Namaskar.

Asanas can be combined into a variety of creative sequences, thus Vinyasa also enables blending different techniques such as pranayama, meditation and other yoga styles into a union.

Yin yoga

Yin yoga is a practice which is essentially based on gentle muscle relaxation.

The word „yin“ originates from the taoistic tradition of yin and yang as a fundamental form of life which rests on the reconciliation of opposites. This yoga style provides a meditative experience which relieves muscle pain and strengthens connective tissue by staying relaxed in yoga positions 3-5 minutes. This makes Yin yoga especially beneficial for athletes.

The asanas are carried out slowly and harmoniously which contributes to a better flow of prana, that is, vital energy, throughout the body. Besides that, the benefits of Yin yoga also include: becoming mindful of one's own limitations which restrict us, relaxing internal tensions and connecting with the present moment which allows us a better and more relaxed life.

Multi-Style Yoga

Yoga Balance also offers thematically arranged yoga classes. The thematic units cover: certain body parts, the energy centers or chakras, the seasons and so forth. In order for each individual topic to be satisfied, we implement a variety of yoga styles and other practices which provide the optimal well-being of an individual.

Face Yoga

Face Yoga individual counstation is designed specifically for your face.
We meet online 3 to 4 times. At the end of the first consultation, we scan your face. At the second consultation, you are given the instructions on how and how much you should
practice. The third consultation is when we take a look at the progress and agree on further practice, while the fourth consultation follows if necessary.
