Sukha SLLC Realease of Liability and Terms of Service

All users of the Sukha services (owner Ivana Čovo), are being warned that they practice at their own risk.

The owner of Sukha SLLC and yoga teacher Ivana Čovo, as well as other teachers, is neither legally authorized to assess your health and give medical advice nor is she legally authorized to make medical diagnoses and treat any health problem, whether physical or mental by nature.

You are obliged to inform your yoga teacher, prior to the start of yoga practice, about all injuries and /or health problems (physical or mental) which may limit your practice.

The owner of Sukha SLLC and yoga teacher Ivana Čovo, as well as other teachers, will not be held liable for possible injuries or other types of health issues (physical or mental by nature). All of the users of the service practice at their own risk, in accordance with their physical capabilities.

In case that the users do not agree with the yoga teacher touching their body with the intention of showing the proper exercise performance should the need arise during the yoga practice, they are obliged to warn the teacher prior to the start of the practice.

Also, the owner of Sukha SLLC, Ivana Čovo, will not be held liable for any damage caused by direct or indirect action or the lack of action that one may take based on the information, services or content found on this website.

Although considerable amount of effort is being made to ensure that all of the information on this website is accurate, complete and timely, the owner of Sukha SLLC, Ivana Čovo, does not give any guarantee and will not be held liable for any potential damage or loss resulting from an inaccurate, incomplete or untimely information that one may find on this website.
